Unauthorized billing

I have several unauthorized charges on one of my phones from last month, this month and current. They show up as Data charges. I have all my phones set to not authorized additional charges, have tried koodo chat several times, cannot reach a rep and need to have these charges credited to my account.

Setting your phone or apps to not use data is imperfect. The phone often will allow leakage. Can you provide more details on the charges you have received, and let us know if you have set your phone to allow MMS (picture messages), so we can offer more advice?
