unable to pay my bill


I am unable to pay my bill. I tried with credit card. It is saying address is not matching. I tried to call koodo support several times. Nobody is picking.

The billing address is supposed to match that of your Koodo account. If it's still not working then you can try #123 option 3 or use online banking to pay your bill instead.

It  is possible the bank has updated your address to match the new Canada Post Addressing guidelines, but you haven't updated your address in Koodo's self-serve. Just check you banking to see the format they use, and update your Koodo address.

Imtiaz, you changed your billing address just a couple days ago in self-serve. I suspect that has something to do with it and why there maybe a mismatch when address verification is done. There are many alternatives to pay the bill though. If the address is correct now and matches it should work next month.
