Unable to pay

I just received my bill for the month of july 13th to august 13th and it says I owe 81 dollars. I have tried to pay it but it says that the amount owing is 0.00 dollars and that they cannot accept a payment of over 20% interest. how can that be if I do not have any credit and I have not paid for it already?

I am also having this issue and am not set up for automatic payments? Any suggestionsDid you try to make payment through online banking? It takes a few days to process, but it easy to do. If you want to make a payment by cc but having trouble, you can call customer service *611 from your phone. They will help you out 🙂

Did you set up automatic payments, Lexi? In that case your payment might have gone through already...
