Unable to open the e-bill

Hello, I received a message from koodo today that my e-bill is ready.However I have been unsuccessful in opening up the pdf file. I receive an error which says something like this: "Error 500--Internal Server Error. The server encountered an unexpected condition which prevented it from fulfilling the request."

What browser are you using? It works for me in IE and Chrome.

You may have to uninstall and re-install Adobe flash player as well.
I am using chrome. I tried on IE as well. Same issue

Probably an issue with Adobe Reader. Look for any updates on the Adobe Reader website.

More often than not, when you get the notification about the e-bill being ready, it takes about 24 hours to fully be seen online.

Are you able to download the file?

Yeah I'd stick with installing and installing adobe reader. Also trying clearing the cookies and cache on your web browser.
