Unable to download bill

I was able to download 14 other bills, but one of them, May 2015, takes me to a page saying "Well, this is embarrassing.The URI you submitted has disallowed characters."

Who should I talk to about this?

Hey Andrew! We needed to remove your email address from the post title and replace it with another title since this is a public forum.  Have you tried clearing the cookies/cache? Have you tried a different internet browser? Keep us posted!

I used a different web browser and got the same results. Same thing after clearing cookies/cache. It's only that one bill, May 2015. I can download bills for the month before and the month after just fine. Any other suggestions?
