TWO PHONES but can only make payment for ONE on-line


I have two phones, and I can make payments on my brothers bill on line, but cannot seem to get to MY number to make a payment. It says I already have an account at that email or something

Only one email can be used for serve serve per account. If your brothers phone's self serve account is under your email, (And you opened a second line as another account) then you will need another email to register for for self serve. Did you not want both numbers under one account?
