Trouble paying bills

I cannot use my Canadian Bank account to pay my koodo bill however, I do have an international credit card I would like to register it but then when I tried to use Koodo Assist, they would call my back on a Canadian number, and for me, I have one Canadian Number ( from Koodo, of course ) which is on seasonal hold so I can’t receive any calls. I want to talk to a representative, but I cannot seem to find a way unfortunately.

Anyone have any suggestions?

If you are not able to receive a call back i recommend sending koodo a private message via facebook or twitter and a rep can help you out there.


Out of curiosity, how have you been paying your bill thus far?  How are you unable to pay via your online banking?

I have paid all my bills. Just until last month after which I cannot use my current bank account to pay anymore due to reasons I would not like to mention here. So I’m just stuck in this scenario haha.
