Transferring an existing plan to a club

Hello, I'm wondering if there is a process to allow a phone to be transferred from an individual to a club? In this case, my mother has the Koodo phone in her name but it is for the Senior's Club usage. She would like to transfer the entire phone account, including the bill, over to the Senior's Club so we are wondering how to do this. Thanks

Unfortunately Koodo does not do business accounts so it will have to be under a specific person's name
