too many errors on signing in please call me


first time customer and too many errors on signing into my account please call me regarding this frustrating circle I find myself in. I would like to access my e-bill and have no success doing this. also I wish to pay this said bill..

Did you register for self serve already?https://secure.koodomobile.com/account/Registration.portal If you have a difficult time to set it up, you can call koodo *611 from your phone. Tell them you tried to signing into your account, but you couldn't do it. They will help you out.
