This is Worst Customer service ever


i am keep calling from last friday at customer service . its takes me 1 hour 58 min to reach customer service representative. then they transfer my call to loyalty team .. after 15 minutes call disconnect automatically. now call going automatically disconnect . They think people are fool. we will not take answer two days they will not change there plans. but we are double smart i already got extra connection from bell. if koodo  not change my plan i will disconnect right away...
