They emailed me. billing problem. can't log in and it says my email is not recognized. but they used the same address.

Hi Martin, you'll have to send Koodo a private message to their FB page or Twitter account where they can verify your account and further assist you on this matter.

@Martin, I looked at your account and looks like you haven't logged into your Self Serve account for awhile and maybe you forgot your password?  Try resetting your password with Self Serve.
