the month is over where is my detailed bill?


a new billing month has started 3 days ago and i still can not view my detailed bill from this last month! this happens every time i can't review until like half the new month has past. why??? very disappointing 😞

Have you received a notification already? It can take a few more than three days sometimes for the .pdf to post, but if you received the notification it should be there. You have 25 days from the billing date to make a payment, a few days shouldn't make too big of a differnce.

3 days ago is Thursday. That leaves 2 days, then the weekend that doesn't count. Just need to be a little more patient as it usually takes 3-5 business days. It could appear as early as tomorrow but could appear as late as Wednesday/Thursday because of the holiday.
