Tax exempt


Who can I call regarding my bill? I sent in my indian status card and acct #. I still have $50 in taxes on my bill. I am not paying that. Is there a number I can call?

There is no good communication ever~!! I posted here, so Koodo rep, emailed me the tax exempt form. I filled it out and sent it off. The only contact info on the form - as to mail the form/ID to 'Burnaby BC.' I did that. Obviously no changes on monthly invoice. Plus they never send me anything via mail. i see nothing in my email. It would be nice for a response!! KOODO!!! I am no paying any taxes

In the other thread, you mentioned you got the form about 3 weeks ago?. You would have to wait for Canada post  and Koodo might haven't processed yours yet.

Most of the services through normal post mail are extremely slow. I would suggest you call Koodo to check the status of your form, and ask them if they can deal with the tax for you.

Ordinarily, *611 from your cell phone > Billing. Due to longer than usual wait times, you could be placed on hold for a few hours. Instead, send a private message via Facebook https://www.facebook.com/Koodo or Twitter https://twitter.com/koodo made to the attention of the billing department, asking the whereabouts of your completed tax exemption form. I see your post from a month ago, hopefully this will get resolved quickly.
