Why was I charged a tab payoff- upgrade when I did not upgrade or change my plan.
Normally the Tab payoff was initiated by customers, Koodo system asked twice before you could pay it.
Have you changed anything in selfserve recently? I would suggest you check you billing area in self-serve, that should have the detail on the date of the request. If you didn’t do anything, you have to contact Koodo directly and ask a rep to check what happened.
I was also charged $130 for a tab payoff- upgrade when I did not upgrade or change my plan - I haven’t been on self serve or made any changes to my account recently. Seems pretty shadey Koodo!
Koodo has never asked me about it before and I just noticed due to a shocking bill!
@Becca89 Could you check your pdf bill and see if that was a Tab payoff or something else? Normally the page 3,4 of the pdf bill had that detail. Also if possible can you post a snapshot of it here? (without any personal information please)
If there was glitch with your account, Koodo would fix it for you.
Indeed it is a Tab Payoff. I would suggest you contact a Koodo rep directly so someone can look into it. If you didn’t do it, I would suggest you change your Koodo password to make sure your account is secure.
