I knew I would need more data last month and maybe for a few months ( I had a baby and needed to use my phone more ) I changed my plan to a higher data plan...ironically with more airtime minutes also....Koodo has some system where it calculates how many minutes I've used in the first part of the plan and it deemed me over my minutes for a certain amount of days and I got charged for airtime during that time. Not only that but it doesn't tell you that is going to happen so I had no idea until I saw the extra charges in my bill. I think this is crazy. Has it happened to anyone else? Please share so we can get this changed.
