I paid the charge but I can not use my cell phone.

You have to contact Koodo directly and request your phone be reconnected to the network. There may be a reconnection fee.

How did you make your payment Jaechun? Payments made with Self Serve show up right away.  If you paid at a bank it can take 3 to 5 days to get to Koodo.
