suspended services


my services are suspended and have been waiting for an hour to get ahold of someone to do something about it. literally hold for 46.06 minutes and counting

Isn'T there a reconnection fee as well to pay in order to restore the service?

Yes.  #227 will walk your through the outstanding amount, plus re-connection fee to restore service

The reconnection fee will appear on client's invoice after resuming services from Non Payment.
