Suddenly getting charged for a more expensive plan

I was, and still am (according to my Self-Serve) on a $20 plan. However, my bill is charging me as if I'm on a $29 plan. I want to stay on my $20 plan, and I certainly don't want to be paying $29 for a $20 plan. What's going on?

Check page 3 of your bill. it breaks down your charges. What does it say you're being charged for? Did you recently upgrade your phone? Did you take Tab Medium?
Ah, I didn't see that page on the bill. Apparently my overage on minutes used happened to be exactly $9. Thanks for your help!
