Subscription Content Charge

I have a $10 charge on my June data usage account for subscription content. When I go to my online bill it does not reveal what the subscription was for. How do I find out what was inadvertantly subscribed to and how do I terminate this subscription?

Best thing to do is to call Koodo and have then take a look at the usage. When they see the date of the event in question, it will give them an idea what company charged Koodo to have it on your bill. The most common ones are iFortune, Jamster

Hi there Ken... When you get the name of the company, you can look for the toll free number for that company, call them and request your number to be unsubscribed and also if you do not want it you can request a block on your number, so this won't happen again... Whenever you receive weird messages for contests, trivia etc, always reply STOP to the same messages...
Thanks, I can't find a number to call KooDoo, So I guess I'll just have to visit the nearest KooDoo kiosk. Do you get subcribed just by viewing the message or do you actually have to sign up? It seems like negative billing. Ken

You can call Koodo Ken using your phone by dialing *611 X5 or using wired line 1-866-995-6636 X5
Thanks so much. On the phone now. They tell me it was ifortune. Still not sure how I subscribed.

They are a tricky bunch. If you want some laughs, take a look at their website. I'm pretty sure a highschool freshman set it up in their sleep. They do have contact info on the site that I give out to customers when I see iFortune. http://ifortune.mobivillage.ca/#/about/
