Still want money?


I paid my bill two weeks ago, but now it says I have to pay it again.. Is it not up to date? Cause I'm really confused. And my billing period is ended on two different dates...

You'll either need to volunteer more information or call koodo directly. This is a public forum and nobody here can actually see your account.

A) any employees answering questions on these forums are doing so voluntarily in their free time and thus have no access to any koodo systems. 😎 even employees on the social media team who are monitoring these forums on koodo's time are not allowed to look up or discuss private account information on a PUBLIC MESSAGE BOARD since there is no way to protect the security of the account.
