Still no bill....!?


Ok this is my second billing period and my online account still says i have no balance owing. . i paid my last owing balance but i would really like to have an actual bill to see what my charges are. This is getting quite frustrating.. Can someone please help.

If today was when it reset, it will be there tomorrow or the following day. Mine takes 3 days after my cycle resets to show in self serve.
It's been 8 days since my text letting my know my bill is due. I also still have no history from my previous bill

Can you log into your self serve account?
Do you see "View my bill" tag beside "You do not have a balance owing."?
Yes and when I click view my bill it takes me to watch a video about understanding my bill

Have you try clearing  cache, cookies, and/or browsing history?

Can you click "Billing" from Self serve drop down menu?
When you logged in, can you see your usage or the other tag(Mobile services/ My profile)?
