Still billed for stolen phone


Stolen phone. My daughter phone was stolen. We reported to school where it happened and to Koodo. But still we receive bills for two phones: one for our son which is still ok and another for daughter - it was stolen. Her phone # was 613 808 8543 and we terminated it immediately.

Reporting a phone stolen only suspends it but you are still require to pay the monthly fees. This will retain your number in you want a new phone.
