spending limit program outgoing calls

Hello there i am a new koodo customer and i was put on a spending limit program because of i guess credit problems, my question is at witch point do my outgoing calls get shut off, i'm on a $200 cap, i know with virgin that if you reach anything over $174 the calls are off until a payment is made to lower it under that $174 mark, i'm wondering if koodo does the same, or if it only happens at the credit limit, thanks

Hey Michael, You're only cut off once you reach the actual $200 limit.

With that said, you still have to pay the bill every month or you will be suspended for late payment. You don't get to let the bill accumulate and only pay when it hits $200.

Exactly.
The reason you were cut off at 174 is likely because your monthly plan makes up the difference.
If they let you go to 200 then when your next bill comes out you would be over your 200 limit.

Not quite what I was referring to. I've spoken to people whose monthly bill came to only $25 a month, who thought they didn't have to pay until they hit the $200 limit. If you don't pay your bill for 6 months you will be suspended, whether you hit the $200 limit or not.

Right of course. No idea why I wrote the word "exactly" as if to infer a response to your message.
Mostly just meant Timo is right, but in addition to that, your bill can't be higher than 174 😛

thanks, so just to confirm my outgoing call won't be off unless it reaches that spending limit?

Read Timo's last response again, specifically the last sentence Michael
