Someone else has my new phone. While out of town which koodo rep was advised id be, the phone was delivered & signed by someone else. I cant blacklist it nor report it stolen since ive got no model #... already paid my 1st bill, tab & koodo protection plan for Dec-jan 25th/2021
For issue like this, you would have to contact Koodo directly and ask them to open an investigation into the problem.
in the mean time, I would suggest you report the problem to police and contact the shipping company, ask them to investigate also.
Ive got the call back from koodo & a investigation is now being done. They are suppose to contact the shipping company (canada post) to inform them but im requesting the investigation ticket # or other info that will help me when calling canada post back mysef & the Police today. Tks for your reply
