Site won't let me register


I just got 2 phones yesterday. I received the email to register for online self help however everytime i click on the link to finish registration i get the error messages " error occurred during assisted registration" also with the message "no account is linked to this profile" How do i get registered is the link is not working for me to register? I can't view my bill without being registered and it obviously won't let me.

Give Koodo a call and let them know and they can help register your self serve for you. Call *611 on your Koodo cell and it will be a free call
well no offense but i shouldn't have to call and have them register me. its the reason that you get an email with a registration link isn't it? Nothing about getting these phones has been easy at all. while the woman in the store was registering the phones koodo's system crashed. I had to stand in the store for almost 2 hours to get 2 phones registered and up and working. Does any of Koodo's sites work at all?

Sometimes things crash. From the looks of it there was an error setting up your account for self serve. But it is up to you if you want to call in to get it fix or continue without self serve. Even without registering for self serve you and your credit rating are still expected to pay your bills on time
well i am not stupid and i do plan on paying my bill. I am just saying is the system still crashed from yesterday that i can't register me? please don't treat people like they are stupid. its not good for business

To be clear, Im just a fellow customer like you trying to help out on a public forum. My initial response stands. I was in no way implying you are stupid. I mentioned paying your bills as there have been posts in the past where people do not expect to pay their bills if they do no receive one. I was just covering my bases
the same thing happened to me too - it keeps saying "Account could not be found", - well, of course it could not be found, I'm "registering" it for the first time!!! - it won't allow me to go further in the "registration".....sic

Did you register for self serve? Are you prepaid or postpaid? Note that post paid and prepaid each have their own self serve

Have u tried going into my account with the email u have them when registering ? And yeah what Dennis said make sure you are trying to sign in in the correct area or it won't work.
