SIM card has not arrived - and the bill is already accumulating. Please advise

Unfortunately, there is no way to track your SIM card, since it is sent by regular mail. It will take up to 10 business days to receive your SIM card. You can always contact a Koodo rep afterwards to reinstate the credits for the days the package was in transit. Either schedule a callback through Koodo Assist or send a message on Facebook Messenger or Twitter.

Just pay the bill for now. Then contact Koodo once you do receive the sim so koodo knows how much to credit you for.

You’ll need to schedule a callback using the Koodo's Digital Asistant : http://koodo.ca.ada.support/chat/?language=en  in order to contact Koodo once the SIM arrives
