Shifted to Freedom..short query

Hello,

I have recently shifted from koodo to freedom and had $80 in tab balance. So i got my last bill from Koodo which had a "Tab Bonus Debit - Cancellation" charge of $66.64.

Can anyone explain to me that charge? I thought it would only be the $80 tab balance + taxes.

When you cancel your Tab before the 24-month period, you need to pay the remainder of the Tab balance, as well as the Tab Bonus. The charge that you saw on your bill is the Tab Bonus balance remaining. https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/Tab-bonus
