Can you provide a little more detail please?
There's 3 phone lines on the bill I want 1 separate bill for my phone

May I ask why you would want to do this? It's usually more convenient to have one consolidated bill - plus you get the benefit of unlimited calling among the lines as Timo mentioned below.

In order to do so you would need to split the line of onto a completely separate billing account. While it is possible to do so, you would no longer have the advantage of unlimited calling to the other two lines.

This means the split out line will also need it's own self serve login and a credit check performed for the new owner of the split out line.  Note that there is a $10 charge to do this at a Koodo kiosk or over the phone.
