Self serve won't work


I can log into my self serve... They requested me to establish a new email login. And I did, and I validated it on my email. But i still can not log in to my self serve and it keeps requesting a new email for logging in? I don't get it!? help please.

You've been accidentally set up as the account manager. Call Koodo from *611 on your phone and ask them to fix it. There's no charge for the call.
