Self serve usage summary not showing data/minutes used


Self Serve (online and mobile) says I have used 0MB of data and 0 talk time minutes, but when I click on the details it clearly shows the amount of data and minutes I have used.

-Did you just start with Koodo? If so then it takes a few days for the SS to be updated. -Did you maybe start a new bill cycle today? If so then self serve updates the usage every 4 hours.

Did your billing cycle just reset? Data might need a little time to update. And if you used your minutes only during "unlimited evenings&weekends", usage minutes show you 0 minutes but it show you all the minutes on the details.
I have the same problem.  My Self Serve airtime dial indicator (summary) shows 25 of 500 minutes used, but when I view details it shows 116 minutes used.  I have been with Koodo for 3 months and I have 17 days left in the billing cycle.  Same for PC and mobile app.

When you view your details, it's showing total of your usage - includes evenings, weekends, family callings.

If your airtime indicator is showing 25 of 500 minutes, it means you used 25 minutes of daytime minutes. So, you have 475 daytime minutes left 🙂
