self serve down? didnt get a bill last month!

self serve is down and i need to access my bill, there was no email sent last month nor was there a text to say how much i owe.... how am i supposed to get my bill amount!

The site was down for a few minutes, it's back up now they were updating it! Edit: Something to note when you have an error on the site, read what it's telling you. It provides a lot of information about why it's down and for how long it will be down for 🙂

Works for me. Also, just dial 611 from your phone, the automated system will tell you what you owe.
