self serve does not reflect $5/month for 1 year promotion for home phone


I just signed up for Koodo home phone on Sept 17 because of the $5/month for the first year promo.  I was told that this amount would appear on the selfserve once I registered.  So far, $20 is what the selfserve shows my next bill to be.  How will this be fixed?  Thank you.

Have you received your first bill yet? You should receive the $15 (prorated) credit at the time of your bill 🙂

Just looked at your bill you will find a $15 credit applied every month for a period of 12 months.
