Do you mean that they notified you that the bill is ready but wasn't available when you went to see it online?

There is a delay between when the notification goes out and when it actually posts to Self Serve. I understand your concern and I like the idea but maybe the system can't detect when the customer actually gets it on their end or something else technical related.
Thanks for stating the obvious. 🙂 I'm saying this "glitch" should be addressed for people with no better time on their hands -- like me -- who pay their digital invoices immediately upon receipt. Sincerely, Howard

Howard/Zaphod, I just wanted to reach out and thank both of you for you post. We contacted some of our billing folks as we certainly didn't purposefully design the process this. It took us a few days but they did uncover a glitch that is now fixed. I'm being told it shouldn't happen again. Thanks again!
