I've been with koodo for over three years now probably a bit longer than that. A cool idea will be a loyalty reward system. The more you pay your bill on time the more rewards you can get. Let's say after first 3 months of making a payment before the due date you will give the client a 5% discount on their bill. Then after 6 months goes to 7.5%, 9 months to 10%, and so on. It will only apply as long as payment is made before the next due date. The moment it's after the client will have to start over. Then max it at 30% but for those who continue to pay on time and stay on services give them deals on next gen phones so they renew their plan and phone with Koodo.
