When I bought my new phone on 28-Sep-16, the Koodo employee had to use data to get my phone set up as their wi-fi was not working. She said I could contact Koodo and get the data charges reversed. She indicated you could verify that the data usage was on the same day I purchased the phone by my bill.
I bought my phone at a Kiosk in Conestoga Mall (Waterloo. ON). Please advise what I need to do in order to get the data charges reversed.
