Registering for online account


I just bought a SIM and monthly plan to put in my existing phone. I'm trying to register online for an account, but when I enter my data (name, phone number, postcode and account number), it says that data doesn't match account info. I have no idea what is wrong, and want to be able to open an account. Should I phone up? Is there a toll-free number I can call? (Or a number I can call from my Koodo phone which gets me straight to customer service?) Thanks so much, Alex
