Register problem


It won't let me register to self serve. It says that the information I entered is incorrect. So I can't see my bills or anything. Can someone please help me ? Contract phone.

It's possible that the email you gave when signing up was spelt incorrectly or something. If it won't let you finish the registration process or the link you get won't work, you might have to contact Koodo via a private message to Koodo via their Facebook page to get it reset.
