refund--changed address

Hello there, I cancelled my account and have a negative balance showing on my bill. I understand that I will get a refund cheque, but my addressed was changed. How can I update my new address, or if I can request the refund being sent to my bank account, which I used to pay my Koodo bills. I look forward to hearing from you. Thank you

Did you have a pre-authorized payment? It will automatically be credited to whatever it was. If not, then it'll get mailed as a cheque. You can try seeing if you can update the address in self-serve and if thats not possible after cancellation, send a private message to Koodo via Facebook messenger or dm via Twitter to get it sorted out
