Reconnection after late payments

I neglected to pay my account for a bit but it now has been paid in full.

I would like to get my account set back up from either now or May 1st and to keep the same number as I have important contacts - is this possible? Is it possible without having to call Koodo as I am currently outside of Canada so it makes it more awkward.

If your account was only disconnected due to non-payment, payment of overdue fees and the $35 reconnection fee should return your number. If your account was CANCELLED, then the number is lost.
