Reconnecting Service

Hi, my service has been suspended due to non-payment. The full bill amount has been paid on 11th Jan, yet the connection is not resorted. Can someone help me with the right customer service number or reach out method to have my network service resorted.

You can schedule a callback through Koodo Assist or send a message to a Koodo rep on Facebook Messenger or Twitter.

I would suggest you try to restart the phone first. Sometimes that would help.

After you paid in self-serve, what did it say there? did they continue to charge you for the next month? or the account was suspended permanently?
