Receiving reimbursement from Koodo on over-payment when closing an account


I closed my account and Koodo owes me $28.51. It's been over a year and Koodo has still yet to reimburse me. I spoke with Koodo reps and have sent them text messages but no response. Any thoughts?

I think calling in again and maybe sending an email would help you with the issue since they have to mail a cheque. Make sure you include a correct address.
