I requested my Koodo account cancellation a few weeks before leaving Canada and payed off all my owing balance (well, I thought I had, because my last bill at that time showed $0), but turns out, 3 months later, I've just received two confusing emails telling me that I still have $110 due, plus a $25 NSF charge.
I don't understand why the Self Serve system told me I was all good, but now I owe $135 and I was notified only three months after I'm gone?
And how am I suppose to pay for that if I don't have any bank accounts or relatives/friends in Canada anymore?
Please tell me this is a mistake. :(
