Question on Balance Due

I’ve set up pre-authorized payment via credit card for a while. Unfortunately in the beginning of Oct, I had to cancel my credit card due to suspected fraudulent activities. While waiting for the new replacement card,  I missed the Oct 2020 billing cycle. When I update my  card info into the system, I realized that my balance outstanding has ballooned to twice as much as my normal monthly amount due to a carryover balance from previous cycle. I don’t get that. I only missed the Oct billing cycle and the Sept one was paid in full. Please help!

At this late date, it is likely that your late October/ November bill has been added. Login and look at your account, and all the details should be there. You should see the October missed payment, an over due fee, and the current fees.
