question


I found some 800calls on my bill is collected fees,I'm wondering whether 800call is free or not?And I hadn't received any message about used minutes,therefore I used more minutes than plan,I had to pay much more than my plan,I don't like this.Could you help me?

800 numbers will still use your minutes, they just don't have LD charges. You can call koodo CS and explain to them politely what had happened and they may refund the charge. Koodo CS has been very forgiving in the past.

I suppose they are forgiving within reason.....otherwise I'd be calling every month with an excuse about something I "didn't know". 🙂
