Public Mobile to Koodo migration bonus still not on bill


I was helped about a month ago by a koodo rep to re-add my migration bonus who then said I would see the credit on my next bill. Well I just got my Dec 6, 2018 - Jan 5, 2019 bill and I still only see the friend bonus.

Hey @jdparmel - the adjustment was made after your current bill was already issued. You'll begin seeing the credits on your next bill - as @Dinh mentioned - for 12 continuous months.

If the bill credits still aren't showing up on your bill then you can schedule a callback through the assistant to get Koodo to fix it.

Or hopefully a rep can stop by and try fixing it again.

Looking into this - will circle back once we figure out what the issue is, and why the credits still haven't sown up. Thanks for your patience @jdparmel
@Ranjan Koodo I got an email saying this in it

Credit amount: $15.00
Date credit applied: Recurring on your bill for 12 months.

Though I don't see anything in my account.

It is a bill credit, the credit should be there in the next bill.
