Proration Charges

It would be a great thing if when you are signing up for Koodo if the customer service agreement would calculate the prorated charges for new customers, so they have some sort of idea what charges to expect on their first bill. I know that Virgin Mobile does this and I believe it would be something that would make Koodo even more transparent for their customers 🙂

Kiosks do this already when you activate. They go over a list of some sort as part of setting you up with your phone.

I dont work for a Koodo Kiosk so it would be nice if people across all banners had this option
