Problem with self-service, impossible to have access to pay my bill.


I would like to pay my bill , but access is not working. This is supposed to be available on March 8 ... and it's 19. I 'm going to have to pay additional fees because the system does not work? Is there a solution please? Thank you.

Refresh your browser and cache. Your computer stored old info and it's stuck. I can access self serve no problem.
I am also facing the same issue. Self serve features are not working, it is saying system upgrade issue. Poor service...

It's working fine for me. As I mentioned earlier. Refresh your browser. And you can also use their automated phone system.

Just make sure you stay in the "new version" of the website - the old version is still down. You can pay through the new version. Or, call *611 from your mobile and pay that way 🙂
