Problem with self-serve payements?

Is there a problem with credit card payments? The website keeps declining my card when I try to pay. This is the card I signed up for the account with and paid my previous month's bill with. It's not over the limit. I went in to a koodoo kiosk two days ago to ask about it, and was told there was some sort of problem with credit cards being accepted by the website. Will this be fixed soon?

Can you pay through the bank for now? If you do online banking, visit your online account and add Koodo as a payee. It usually takes 3 - 5 business days for banking payment to take place though

If the website is not working I would call Koodo customer care 1-866-995-6636 X5. If they confirm that the credit card system is down on selfserve they might be able to take your payment over the phone. Im not sure but it is worth a try

Hi SeeMe... Extremely sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused... There was an issue with the Credit Card payments and that is why you were not able to process it... You can always try at a later time or day, if the problem persist, then you can always contact Customer Service and they will be more than happy to assist you...
