Problem with payment


Hi, I am unable to make a payment using my credit card even though I have same address in both the accounts and keeps on giving error and I couldn't talk to any of the customer care representatives. Whenever i call to 186699KOODO, I can hear only automated voice. Kindly treat this as high priority a I have to make payment within tomorrow. Thanks, Andavarayan M

Hi Andavarayan, We can't access your account, this is Koodo's public community and we are volunteers 🙂 If you need to speak to a person, try to call that number again (or *611 from your Koodo phone) and then hit 0 (zero) a few times, you'll get to speak to someone 🙂
