Problem signing in


Trying to sign into to the Koodo online portal, and it keep saying waiting for validation of my email address (or something like that).  However, I received the email from Koodo and had clicked the link to validate; and the website actually response my email has been validated.  And when I try again, browser say waiting for validation...kind of in an infinite loop...
A bit frustrated as I cannot get to my account to change credit card for my payment.
